آيات 42 تا 45 سوره مباركه مائده

گلبرگ صد و پانزدهم

 

سَمَّاعُونَ لِلْكَذِبِ أَكَّالُونَ لِلسُّحْتِ فَإِنْ جَاءُوكَ فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ أَوْ أَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ وَإِنْ تُعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ فَلَنْ يَضُرُّوكَ شَيْئًا وَإِنْ حَكَمْتَ فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْقِسْطِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ (٤٢)

وَكَيْفَ يُحَكِّمُونَكَ وَعِنْدَهُمُ التَّوْرَاةُ فِيهَا حُكْمُ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّوْنَ مِنْ بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ وَمَا أُولَئِكَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ (٤٣)

إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَا التَّوْرَاةَ فِيهَا هُدًى وَنُورٌ يَحْكُمُ بِهَا النَّبِيُّونَ الَّذِينَ أَسْلَمُوا لِلَّذِينَ هَادُوا وَالرَّبَّانِيُّونَ وَالأحْبَارُ بِمَا اسْتُحْفِظُوا مِنْ كِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَكَانُوا عَلَيْهِ شُهَدَاءَ فَلا تَخْشَوُا النَّاسَ وَاخْشَوْنِ وَلا تَشْتَرُوا بِآيَاتِي ثَمَنًا قَلِيلا وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ (٤٤)

وَكَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا أَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالْعَيْنَ بِالْعَيْنِ وَالأنْفَ بِالأنْفِ وَالأذُنَ بِالأذُنِ وَالسِّنَّ بِالسِّنِّ وَالْجُرُوحَ قِصَاصٌ فَمَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَهُ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ (٤٥)

42. (They like to) listen to falsehood, to devour anything forbidden. so if they come to You (O Muhammad ), either judge between them, or turn away from them. if You turn away from them, they cannot hurt You In the least. and if You judge, judge with justice between them. Verily, Allâh loves those who act justly.

43. but How do they come to You for decision while they have the Taurât (Torah), In which is the (plain) decision of Allâh; yet even after that, they turn away. for they are not (really) believers.

44. Verily, we did send down the Taurât (Torah) [to Mûsa (Moses)], therein was guidance and light, by which the Prophets, who submitted themselves to Allâh's will, judged the Jews. and the rabbis and the priests [too judged the Jews by the Taurât (Torah) after those Prophets] for to them was entrusted the protection of Allâh's Book, and they were witnesses thereto. Therefore fear not men but fear Me (O Jews) and sell not My Verses for a miserable price. and Whosoever does not judge by what Allâh has revealed, such are the Kâfirûn (i.e. disbelievers - of a lesser degree as they do not act on Allâh's laws ).

45. and we ordained therein for them: "Life for life , eye for eye, nose for nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds equal for equal." but if anyone remits the retaliation by Way of charity, it shall be for Him an expiation. and Whosoever does not judge by that which Allâh has revealed, such are the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong­doers - of a lesser degree).

 

42* آنان براي دروغ سازي به دقت گوش مي دهند و همواره مال حرام (رشوه و ربا) مي خورند، پس اگر براي داوري نزد تو آمدند يا ميانشان داوري كن يا از آنان روي بگردان و اگر از آنان روي بگرداني پس هرگز هيچ زياني به تو نخواهند رساند و اگر داوري كني، پس ميانشان به قسط و عدل قضاوت كن، همانا خداوند دادگران را دوست دارد.

43* و يهوديان چگونه تو را داور قرار مي دهند، در حالي كه تورات نزد ايشان است و در آن حكم خداست، پس بعد از آن كه تو موافق آن كتاب حكم كردي روي مي گردانند و آنان مؤمن نيستند.

44* همانا ما تورات را نازل كرديم كه در آن هدايت و نور است. پيامبران الهي كه تسليم فرمان خدا بودند، بر طبق آن براي يهود حكم مي كردند و هم چنين مربيان الهي و دانشمندان، بر طبق اين كتاب آسماني كه حفاظت آن به آنان سپرده شده بود و بر آن گواه بودند، داوري مي كردند. پس اي علما! از مردم نترسيد و احكام خدا را بيان كنيد و از مخالفت با من بترسيد و آيات مرا به بهاي اندك نفروشيد و كساني كه طبق آنچه خداوند نازل كرده حكم نكنند پس آنان همان كافرانند.

45* و در آن (تورات) برايشان مقرر كرديم كه در قصاص جان در برابر جان و چشم در برابر چشم و بيني در برابر بيني و گوش در برابر گوش و دندان در برابر دندان باشد و همه زخم ها را نيز به همان ترتيب و اندازه قصاص است. پس هر كه آن را صدقه دهد، كفاره گناهانش محسوب شود و كساني كه به آنچه خدا نازل فرموده حكم نكنند، پس آنان همان ستمگرانند.

 

42. ils sont attentifs Au mensonge et voraces de gains illicites. s'ils viennent à toi, sois juge entre eux ou détourne Toi d'eux. et Si Tu Te détournes d'eux, jamais ils ne pourront Te faire aucun mal. et Si Tu juges, alors juge entre eux en équité. car Allah aime ceux qui jugent équitablement.

43. mais Comment Te demanderaient-ils d'être leur juge quand ils ont avec eux la Thora dans laquelle se trouve le Jugement d'Allah? et puis, après cela, ils rejettent Ton jugement. ces gens-là ne sont nullement les croyants.

44. nous avons fait descendre le Thora dans laquelle il y a guide et lumière. C'est sur Sa base que les prophètes qui se sont soumis à Allah, Ainsi que les rabbins et les docteurs jugent les affaires des Juifs. car on leur a confié la garde du Livre d'Allah, et ils en sont les témoins. ne craignez donc pas les gens, mais craignez Moi. et ne vendez pas Mes enseignements à vil prix. et ceux qui ne jugent pas d'après ce qu'Allah a fait descendre, les voilà les mécréants.

45. et nous y avons prescrit pour eux vie pour vie, oeil pour oeil, nez pour nez, oreille pour oreille, dent pour dent. les blessures tombent sous la Loi du talion. après, quiconque y renonce par charité, cela Lui vaudra une expiation. et ceux qui ne jugent pas d'après ce qu'Allah a fait descendre, Ceux-là sont des injustes.

آیات 37 تا 41 سوره مبارکه مائده

گلبرگ صد و چهاردهم

 

يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَخْرُجُوا مِنَ النَّارِ وَمَا هُمْ بِخَارِجِينَ مِنْهَا وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُقِيمٌ (٣٧)

وَالسَّارِقُ وَالسَّارِقَةُ فَاقْطَعُوا أَيْدِيَهُمَا جَزَاءً بِمَا كَسَبَا نَكَالا مِنَ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ (٣٨)

فَمَنْ تَابَ مِنْ بَعْدِ ظُلْمِهِ وَأَصْلَحَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يَتُوبُ عَلَيْهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ (٣٩)

أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأرْضِ يُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ (٤٠)

يَا أَيُّهَا الرَّسُولُ لا يَحْزُنْكَ الَّذِينَ يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْكُفْرِ مِنَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا آمَنَّا بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَلَمْ تُؤْمِنْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَمِنَ الَّذِينَ هَادُوا سَمَّاعُونَ لِلْكَذِبِ سَمَّاعُونَ لِقَوْمٍ آخَرِينَ لَمْ يَأْتُوكَ يُحَرِّفُونَ الْكَلِمَ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَوَاضِعِهِ يَقُولُونَ إِنْ أُوتِيتُمْ هَذَا فَخُذُوهُ وَإِنْ لَمْ تُؤْتَوْهُ فَاحْذَرُوا وَمَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ فِتْنَتَهُ فَلَنْ تَمْلِكَ لَهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا أُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ أَنْ يُطَهِّرَ قُلُوبَهُمْ لَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا خِزْيٌ وَلَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ (٤١)

 

37. their wish will be to get out of the fire, but never will They get out therefrom: their penalty will be one that endures.

38. As to the thief, male or female, cut off His or Her hands: a punishment by way of example, from Allah, for their crime: and Allah is Exalted In power.

39. but if the thief repents after His crime, and amends His conduct, Allah turneth to Him In forgiveness; for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

40. Knowest Thou not that to Allah (alone) belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth? He punisheth whom He pleaseth, and He forgiveth whom He pleaseth: and Allah hath power over all things.

41. O Messenger. let not those grieve thee, who race Each other into Unbelief: (whether it be) among those who say "We believe" with their lips but whose hearts have no faith; or it be among the Jews,- men who will listen to any lie,- will listen Even to others who have never so much As come to thee. They change the words from their (right) times and places: They say, "If ye are given this, take it, but if not, beware!" if any one's trial is intended by Allah, Thou hast no authority In the least for Him against Allah. for such - it is not Allah.s will to purify their hearts. for them there is disgrace In This world, and In the Hereafter a heavy punishment.

 

37* می خواهند که از آتش دوزخ بیرون آیند و حال آنکه از آن بیرون آمدنی نیستند و آنان راست عذابی پاینده

38* و مرد دزد و زن دزد " چهار انگشت دستشان را به سزای آنچه کرده اند ببرید ، کیفری است از سوی خدا ، و خدا توانای بی همتا و دانای با حکمت است .

39* پس هر که پس از ستمش توبه کند و کار خود را به صلاح آورد خدا " به رحمت خویش " بر او باز می گردد و توبه اش را می پذیرد که خدا آمرزگار و مهربان است .

40* آیا ندانسته ای که خدای راست پادشاهی آسمانها و زمین ، آن را که بخواهد عذاب می کند و آن را که بخواهد می آمرزد و خدا بر هر چیزی تواناست ؟

41* ای پیامبر ، کسانی که در کفر می شتابند – اصرار می ورزند – تو را اندوهگین نسازند از آنان کهبه دهان خویش می گویند : گرویدیم و دلهاشان باور ندارد و از کسانی که جهود شدند سخت شنوندگانند برای دروغ پردازی *(این عبارت دو گونه تفسیر شده است . یکی آنکه پذیرای افتراء و دروغ بستن احبار بر خدای تعالی و تحریف تورات اند ، و دیگر آنکه جاسوسان و خبر چینانند تا از تو چیزی بشنوند و درباره تو دروغ پردازی کنند )* ، جاسوسانند برای گروهی دیگر که نزد تو نیامده اند *( از روی تکبر و دشمنی در مجلس تو حاضر نمی شوند و این جاسوسان برای آنها خبر چینی می کنند. )* ، سخن را پس از " جای گرفتن در " جایگاههایش تحریف می کنند ، می گویند : اگر این " حکم تحریف شده " به شما داده شد بپذیرید و اگر داده نشد دوری و پرهیز کنید. و هر که خدا فتنه – گمراهی یا رسوایی یا هلاکت – او را خواهد ، هرگز برای او چیزی را از خدا " در رفع آن فتنه – گمراهی یا رسوایی یا هلاکت – او را خواهد ، هرگز برای او چیزی را از خدا " در رفع آن فتنه " نتوانی به دست آورد – در برابر خدا برای او کاری نتوانی کرد - ، اینان کسانی اند که خدا نخواسته است که دلهاشان را پاک کند ، آنان را در این جهان رسوایی و خواری و در آن جهان عذابی است بزرگ .

 

37. ils voudront sortir du Feu, mais ils n'en sortiront point. et ils auront un châtiment permanent.

38. le voleur et la voleuse, à tous deux coupez la main, en punition de ce qu'ils se sont acquis, et comme châtiment de la part d'Allah. Allah est Puissant et Sage.

39. mais quiconque se repent après son tort et se réforme, Allah accepte son repentir. Car, Allah est, Certes, Pardonneur et Miséricordieux.

40. ne sais-tu pas qu'à Allah appartient la royauté des cieux et de la terre? il châtie qui il veut et pardonne à qui il veut. et Allah est Omnipotent.

41. Messager! que ne t'affligent point ceux qui concourent en mécréance; Parmi ceux qui ont dit: ‹Nous avons cru› avec leurs bouches sans que leurs coeurs aient jamais cru et Parmi les Juifs qui aiment bien écouter le mensonge et écouter d'autres gens qui ne sont jamais venus à Toi et qui déforment le sens des mots une fois bien établi. ils disent: ‹Si vous avez reçu ceci, acceptez-le et Si vous ne l'avez pas reçu, soyez méfiants›. celui qu'Allah veut éprouver, Tu n'as pour Lui aucune protection contre Allah. voilà ceux dont Allah n'a point voulu purifier les coeurs. a eux, seront réservés, une ignominie ici-bas et un énorme châtiment dans l'au-delà.

آیات 32 تا 36 سوره مبارکه مائده

گلبرگ صد و سیزدهم

 

مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ كَتَبْنَا عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَنَّهُ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ أَوْ فَسَادٍ فِي الأرْضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَمَنْ أَحْيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَا أَحْيَا النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَلَقَدْ جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُنَا بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ ثُمَّ إِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِنْهُمْ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فِي الأرْضِ لَمُسْرِفُونَ (٣٢)

إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الأرْضِ فَسَادًا أَنْ يُقَتَّلُوا أَوْ يُصَلَّبُوا أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُمْ مِنْ خِلافٍ أَوْ يُنْفَوْا مِنَ الأرْضِ ذَلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ (٣٣)

إِلا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تَقْدِرُوا عَلَيْهِمْ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ (٣٤)

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَابْتَغُوا إِلَيْهِ الْوَسِيلَةَ وَجَاهِدُوا فِي سَبِيلِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ (٣٥)

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْ أَنَّ لَهُمْ مَا فِي الأرْضِ جَمِيعًا وَمِثْلَهُ مَعَهُ لِيَفْتَدُوا بِهِ مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ مَا تُقُبِّلَ مِنْهُمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ (٣٦)

 

32. on that account: we ordained for the Children of Israel that if any one slew a person - unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief In the land - it would be As if He slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be As if He saved the life of the whole people. then although there came to them Our apostles with Clear Signs, yet, Even after that, many of them continued to Commit excesses In the land.

33. the punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: that is their disgrace In This world, and a heavy punishment is theirs In the Hereafter;

34. except for those who repent before They fall into your power: In that case, know that Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

35. O ye who believe! do your duty to Allah, seek the means of approach unto him, and strive with might and main In His cause: that ye may prosper.

36. As to those who reject Faith,- if They had everything on earth, and Twice repeated, to give As ransom for the penalty of the Day of Judgment, it would never be accepted of them, theirs would be a grievous penalty.

 

32* از این رو بر فرزندان اسرائیل نوشتیم که هر که کسی را بکشد بی آنکه کسی را کشته یا در زمین تباهی کرده باشد چنان است که همه مردم را کشته باشد . و هر که کسی را زنده کند – از مرگ برهاند یا به حق راه نماید – چنان است که همه مردم را زنده کرده است .و هر آینه فرستادگان ما با نشانه های روشن سوی آنان آمدند ، سپس بسیاری از انان پس از آن در زمین گزافکار و زیاده رو شدند.

33* جز این نیست که سزای کسانی که با خدا و فرستاده او می جنگند و در زمین به تباهی می کوشند – در جامعه ایجاد ناامنی می کنند یا به راهزنی و قتل و غارت می پردازند – این است که آنان را بکشند یا بردار کنند یا دست ها و پاهایشان را بر خلاف یکدیگر –قسمتی از دست راست و پای چپ – ببرند یا از آن سرزمین بیرونشان کنند . این است خواری و رسوایی برای آنان در این جهان ، و در آن جهان عذابی بزرگ دارند.

34* مگر کسانی که پیش از آنکه بر آنان دست یابید توبه کرده باشند ، و بدانید که خدا آمرزگار و مهربان است .

35* ای کسانی که ایمان آورده اید ، از خدا پروا کنید و " برای نزدیکی " به او وسیله بجویید و در راه او جهاد کنید ، باشد که رستگار شوید .

36* همانا کسانی که کافر شدند اگر همه آنچه را که در زمین است و همچند آن را می داشتند تا خود را با آن از عذاب روز رستاخیز باز خرند از آنها پذیرفته نشود و آنان راست عذابی دردناک

 

32. C'est pourquoi nous avons prescrit pour les enfants d'Israël que quiconque tuerait une personne non coupable d'un meurtre ou d'une corruption sur la terre, C'est comme s'il avait tué tous les hommes. et quiconque Lui fait don de la vie, C'est comme s'il faisait don de la vie à tous les hommes. en effet nos messagers sont venus à eux avec les preuves. et puis voilà, qu'en dépit de cela, beaucoup d'entre eux se mettent à commettre des excès sur la terre.

33. la récompense de ceux qui font la guerre contre Allah et son Messager, et qui s'efforcent de semer la corruption sur la terre, C'est qu'ils soient tués, ou crucifiés, ou que soient coupées leur main et leur jambe opposées, ou qu'ils soient expulsés du pays. ce sera pour eux l'ignominie ici-bas; et dans l'au-delà, il y aura pour eux un énorme châtiment,

34. excepté ceux qui se sont repentis avant de tomber en votre pouvoir: sachez qu'alors, Allah est Pardonneur et Miséricordieux.

35. les croyants! craignez Allah, cherchez le moyen de vous rapprocher de Lui et Luttez pour Sa cause. Peut-être serez-vous de ceux qui réussissent!

36. Si les mécréants possédaient Tout ce qui est sur la terre et autant encore, pour se racheter du châtiment du Jour de la Résurrection, on ne l'accepterait pas d'eux. et pour eux il y aura un châtiment douloureux.

آیات 24 تا 31 سوره مبارکه مائده

گلبرگ صد و دوازدهم

 

قَالُوا يَا مُوسَى إِنَّا لَنْ نَدْخُلَهَا أَبَدًا مَا دَامُوا فِيهَا فَاذْهَبْ أَنْتَ وَرَبُّكَ فَقَاتِلا إِنَّا هَا هُنَا (٢٤)

قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي لا أَمْلِكُ إِلا نَفْسِي وَأَخِي فَافْرُقْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ الْقَوْمِ الْفَاسِقِينَ (٢٥)

قَالَ فَإِنَّهَا مُحَرَّمَةٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً يَتِيهُونَ فِي الأرْضِ فَلا تَأْسَ عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْفَاسِقِينَ (٢٦)

وَاتْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ نَبَأَ ابْنَيْ آدَمَ بِالْحَقِّ إِذْ قَرَّبَا قُرْبَانًا فَتُقُبِّلَ مِنْ أَحَدِهِمَا وَلَمْ يُتَقَبَّلْ مِنَ الآخَرِ قَالَ لأقْتُلَنَّكَ قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَتَقَبَّلُ اللَّهُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ (٢٧)

لَئِنْ بَسَطْتَ إِلَيَّ يَدَكَ لِتَقْتُلَنِي مَا أَنَا بِبَاسِطٍ يَدِيَ إِلَيْكَ لأقْتُلَكَ إِنِّي أَخَافُ اللَّهَ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ (٢٨)

إِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ تَبُوءَ بِإِثْمِي وَإِثْمِكَ فَتَكُونَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّارِ وَذَلِكَ جَزَاءُ الظَّالِمِينَ (٢٩)

فَطَوَّعَتْ لَهُ نَفْسُهُ قَتْلَ أَخِيهِ فَقَتَلَهُ فَأَصْبَحَ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ (٣٠)

فَبَعَثَ اللَّهُ غُرَابًا يَبْحَثُ فِي الأرْضِ لِيُرِيَهُ كَيْفَ يُوَارِي سَوْأَةَ أَخِيهِ قَالَ يَا وَيْلَتَا أَعَجَزْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِثْلَ هَذَا الْغُرَابِ فَأُوَارِيَ سَوْأَةَ أَخِي فَأَصْبَحَ مِنَ النَّادِمِينَ (٣١)

24. They said: "O Moses! while They remain there, never shall we be able to enter, to the end of time. go thou, and Thy Lord, and Fight ye two, while we sit here (and watch)."

25. He said: "O My Lord! I have power only over Myself and My brother: so separate us from This rebellious people!"

26. Allah said: "Therefore will the land be out of their reach for forty years: In distraction will They wander through the land: but sorrow Thou not over these rebellious people.

27. Recite to them the truth of the story of the two sons of Adam. Behold! They Each presented a sacrifice (to Allah.: it was accepted from one, but not from the other. said the latter: "Be sure I will slay thee." "Surely," said the former, "(Allah) doth Accept of the sacrifice of those who are Righteous.

28. "If Thou dost stretch Thy hand against me, to slay me, it is not for me to stretch My hand against Thee to slay thee: for I do fear Allah, the Cherisher of the worlds.

29. "For me, I intend to let Thee draw on Thyself My sin As well As thine, for Thou wilt be among the companions of the fire, and that is the reward of those who do wrong."

30. the (selfish) soul of the other led Him to the murder of His brother: He murdered him, and became (himself) one of the lost ones.

31. then Allah sent a raven, who scratched the ground, to Show Him How to hide the Shame of His brother. "Woe is me!" said he; "Was I not Even able to be As This raven, and to hide the Shame of My brother?" then He became full of regrets-

 

24* گفتند : ای موسی ، تا آنان در آنجا باشند ، ما هرگز در آن " سرزمین " در نیاییم ، پس تو و پروردگارت بروید و " با آنها " جنگ کنید که ما همین جا نشسته ایم .

25* " موسی " گفت : پروردگارا ، من جز بر خود وبرادرم اختیار و توانایی ندارم ، پس بین ما و گروه نافرمایان بدکار جدایی افکن

26* " خدای " فرمود : ان ( سرزمین مقدس ) چهل سال بر آنان حرام است " و " در این زمین – بیابان – سرگردان باشند ، پس بر گروه نافرمان اندوه مخور

27* و خبر دو فرزند آدم – هابیل و قابیل – را بر آنها بدرستی بخوان که چون قربانی کردند از یکی پذیرفته شد و از دیگری پذیرفته نشد . " آن که قربانیش پذیرفته نشد – قابیل – به برادر " گفت : بیگمان تو را خواهم کشت . " برادرش – هابیل – " گفت : جز این نیست که خدا از پرهیزگاران می پذیرد .

28* اگر تو دست خویش به سوی من دراز کنی تا مرا بکشی ، من دست خود به سوی تو دراز نمی کنم تا تو را بکشم زیرا که من از پروردگار جهانیان می ترسم .

29* من می خواهم گناه من و گناه خود را برگیری *(یعنی گناه قتل من و گناه قتل تو ، اگر من به تو دست دراز می کردم ، هر دو را برداری . یا : من می خواهم که به "کیفر" گناه " دشمنی و کشتن " من و به " کیفر " گناه خودت – که سبب رد قربانی بود – بازگردی ، بدین سان منظور از « گناه من » گناه دشمنی و کشتن برادر است ، و مراد از « گناه خودت » گناه پیشین وی است که به سبب آن قربانی اش پذیرفته نشد . )* تا از دوزخیان باشی ، و این است پاداش ستمکاران

30* پس نفس او کشتن برادرش را برایش بیاراست و آسان نمود تا او را بکشت و از زیانکاران گشت

31* آنگاه که خداوند کلاغی را فرستاد که زمین را می کاوید تا به او بنمایاند که چگونه جسد برادرش را پنهان کند . " قابیل " گفت : ای وای بر من ، آیا ناتوانم از اینکه مانند این کلاغ باشم تا پیکر برادرم را پنهان کنم ؟

24. ils dirent: ‹Moïse! nous n'y entrerons jamais, aussi longtemps qu'ils y seront. va donc, Toi et Ton Seigneur, et Combattez tous deux. nous restons là où nous sommes›.

25. il dit: ‹Seigneur! Je n'ai de pouvoir, vraiment, que sur moi- même et sur Mon frère: sépare-nous donc de ce peuple pervers›.

26. il (Allah) dit: ‹Eh bien, ce pays leur sera interdit pendant quarante ans, durant lesquels ils erreront sur la terre. ne Te tourmente donc pas pour ce peuple pervers›.

27. et raconte-leur en toute vérité l'histoire des deux fils d'Adam. les deux offrirent des sacrifices; celui de l'un fut accepté et celui de l'autre ne le fut pas. celui-ci dit: ‹Je Te tuerai sûrement›. ‹Allah n'accepte, dit l'autre, que de la part des pieux›.

28. Si Tu étends vers Moi Ta main pour me tuer, Moi, Je n'étendrai pas vers Toi ma main pour Te tuer: car Je crains Allah, le Seigneur de l'univers.

29. Je veux que Tu partes avec le péché de m'avoir tué et avec Ton propre péché: alors Tu seras du nombre des gens du Feu. Telle est la récompense des injustes.

30. son âme l'incita à tuer son frère. il le tua donc et devint Ainsi du nombre des perdants.

31. puis Allah envoya un corbeau qui se mit à gratter la terre pour Lui montrer Comment ensevelir le cadavre de son frère. il dit: ‹Malheur à moi! Suis-je incapable d'être, comme ce corbeau, à même d'ensevelir le cadavre de Mon frère?› il devint alors du nombre de ceux que ronge le remords.

آیات 18تا 23 سوره مبارکه مائده

گلبرگ صد و یازدهم

 

وَقَالَتِ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى نَحْنُ أَبْنَاءُ اللَّهِ وَأَحِبَّاؤُهُ قُلْ فَلِمَ يُعَذِّبُكُمْ بِذُنُوبِكُمْ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ بَشَرٌ مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ يَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَإِلَيْهِ الْمَصِيرُ (١٨)

يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولُنَا يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ عَلَى فَتْرَةٍ مِنَ الرُّسُلِ أَنْ تَقُولُوا مَا جَاءَنَا مِنْ بَشِيرٍ وَلا نَذِيرٍ فَقَدْ جَاءَكُمْ بَشِيرٌ وَنَذِيرٌ وَاللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ (١٩)

وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَى لِقَوْمِهِ يَا قَوْمِ اذْكُرُوا نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ جَعَلَ فِيكُمْ أَنْبِيَاءَ وَجَعَلَكُمْ مُلُوكًا وَآتَاكُمْ مَا لَمْ يُؤْتِ أَحَدًا مِنَ الْعَالَمِينَ (٢٠)

يَا قَوْمِ ادْخُلُوا الأرْضَ الْمُقَدَّسَةَ الَّتِي كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ وَلا تَرْتَدُّوا عَلَى أَدْبَارِكُمْ فَتَنْقَلِبُوا خَاسِرِينَ (٢١)

قَالُوا يَا مُوسَى إِنَّ فِيهَا قَوْمًا جَبَّارِينَ وَإِنَّا لَنْ نَدْخُلَهَا حَتَّى يَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا فَإِنْ يَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا فَإِنَّا دَاخِلُونَ (٢٢)

قَالَ رَجُلانِ مِنَ الَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمَا ادْخُلُوا عَلَيْهِمُ الْبَابَ فَإِذَا دَخَلْتُمُوهُ فَإِنَّكُمْ غَالِبُونَ وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَتَوَكَّلُوا إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ (٢٣)

18. (Both) the Jews and the Christians say: "We are sons of Allah, and His beloved." say: "Why then doth He punish you for your sins? Nay, ye are but men,- of the men He hath created: He forgiveth whom He pleaseth, and He punisheth whom He pleaseth: and to Allah belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between: and unto Him is the final goal (of all)"

19. O people of the Book! Now hath come unto you, Making (things) Clear unto you, Our Messenger, after the break In (the series of) Our apostles, Lest ye should say: "There came unto us no bringer of glad tidings and no warner (from evil)": but Now hath come unto you a bringer of glad tidings and a warner (from evil). and Allah hath power over all things.

20. remember Moses said to His people: "O My people! call In remembrance the favour of Allah unto you, when He produced prophets among you, made you kings, and gave you what He had not given to any other among the peoples.

21. "O My people! enter the holy land which Allah hath assigned unto you, and turn not back ignominiously, for then will ye be overthrown, to your own ruin."

22. They said: "O Moses! In This land are a people of exceeding strength: never shall we enter it until They leave it: if (once) They leave, then shall we enter."

23. (but) among (their) Allah.fearing men were two on whom Allah had bestowed His grace: They said: "Assault them at the (proper) Gate: when once ye are in, victory will be yours; but on Allah put your trust if ye have faith."

18* و جهودان و ترسایان گفتند : ما فرزندان خدا و دوستان اوییم . بگو : پس چرا شما را به گناهانتان عذاب می کند ؟! " چنین نیست " بلکه شما آدمیانید از آنها که او آفریده است ، هر که را خواهد می آمرزد و هر که را خداهد عذاب می کند ، و خدا راست پادشاهی آسمانها و زمین و آنچه میان آنهاست و بازگشت به سوی اوست.

19* ای اهل کتاب ، فرستاده ما به سوی شما آمد که در دوران گسستگی " آمدن " پیامبران ، " حق را " برای شما روشن بیان می کند تا نگویید مما را نوید رسان و بیم کننده ای نیامد . همانا مژده دهنده و بیم کننده ای سوی شما آمد، و خدا بر هر چیزی تواناست .

20* و " یاد کن " آنگاه که موسی به قوم خویش گفت : ای قوم من ، نعمت خدا را بر خود یاد کنید هنگامی که در میان شما پیامبرانی پدید کرد و شما را پادشاهان گردانید و به شما چیزها داد که به هیچ یک از مردم جهان نداد.

21* ای قوم من ، به سرزمین مقدسی *( این سرزمین مقدس را بعضی از مفسران ، بیت المقدس و بعضی فلسطین و بخشی از اردن و بعضی شام گفته اند ، و مقدس بودن آن از این روست که از شرک پاک شده و زاد بوم و جایگاه پیامبران و مومنان بوده است )* که خداوند برای شما نوشته – مقرر داشته – است در آیید و " از ترس جباران " بر پشتهاتان بر مگردید – عقبگرد مکنید  که زیانکار می گردید .

22* گفتند : ای موسی ، در آنجا گروهی گردنکش و ستمکارند و ما هرگز وارد آن نشویم تا از آنجا بیرون روند پس اگر از آن " سرزمین " بیرون روند ، ما در آییم.

23* دو مرد – یوشع و کالیب – از آنان که " از خدا " می ترسیدند و خدا بر آنان نعمت – ایمان و خردمندی و روشن بینی – ارزانی داشته بود گفتند : بر آنان از این دروازه در آیید ، و هنگامی که از آن ، در آمدید پیروز خواهید شد ، و اگر ایمان دارید پس بر خدا توکل کنید و بس.

آیات 14 تا 17 سوره مبارکه مائده

گلبرگ صد و دهم

وَمِنَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّا نَصَارَى أَخَذْنَا مِيثَاقَهُمْ فَنَسُوا حَظًّا مِمَّا ذُكِّرُوا بِهِ فَأَغْرَيْنَا بَيْنَهُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَالْبَغْضَاءَ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَسَوْفَ يُنَبِّئُهُمُ اللَّهُ بِمَا كَانُوا يَصْنَعُونَ (١٤)

يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولُنَا يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ كَثِيرًا مِمَّا كُنْتُمْ تُخْفُونَ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَيَعْفُو عَنْ كَثِيرٍ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ نُورٌ وَكِتَابٌ مُبِينٌ (١٥)

يَهْدِي بِهِ اللَّهُ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ رِضْوَانَهُ سُبُلَ السَّلامِ وَيُخْرِجُهُمْ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ (١٦)

لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْمَسِيحُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ قُلْ فَمَنْ يَمْلِكُ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا إِنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُهْلِكَ الْمَسِيحَ ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَأُمَّهُ وَمَنْ فِي الأرْضِ جَمِيعًا وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا يخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ (١٧)

 

14- from those, too, who call themselves Christians, we did take a covenant, but They forgot a good part of the Message that was sent them: so we estranged them, with enmity and hatred between the one and the other, to the Day of Judgment. and soon will Allah Show them what it is They have done.

15- O people of the Book! there hath come to you Our Messenger, revealing to you much that ye used to hide In the Book, and passing over much (That is Now unnecessary). there hath come to you from Allah a (new) light and a perspicuous Book,-

16- wherewith Allah guideth all who seek His good pleasure to ways of peace and safety, and leadeth them out of darkness, by His will, unto the light,- guideth them to a path that is straight.

17- In blasphemy indeed are those that say that Allah is Christ the son of Mary. say: "Who then hath the least power against Allah, if His will were to destroy Christ the son of Mary, His mother, and all every - one that is on the earth? for to Allah belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between. He createth what He pleaseth. for Allah hath power over all things."

 

14* و از کسانی که گفتند ما ترساییم پیمان گرفتیم ولیکن بهری از آنچه را که به آن پند داده شدند از یاد بردند پس تا روز رستاخیز میان آنان دشمنی و کینه افکندیم و بزودی خدا آنان را از آنچه می کردند آگاه خواهد ساخت.

 

15* ای اهل کتاب، پیامبر ما به سوی شما آمده است که بسیاری از آنچه را که از کتاب پنهان می کردید برای شما بیان می کند و از بسیاری " از آنچه پنهان می داشتید " در می گذرد. براستی شما را از سوی خدا نوری – پیامبر (ص) – و کتابی روشن و روشنگر – قرآن- آمده است .

 

16* که خداوند به وسیله آن هر که را پیرو خشنودی او باشد به راههای سلامت (راههای سلامت یعنی نجات و رستگاری از هر شر و شقاوتی و رسیدن به هر خیرو سعادتی که بر پیروی از خشنودی خداوند باشد و راههای سلامت را نیز می توان روح و روان فرد و سلامت اجتماعی و اخلاقی تعبیر کرد.) راه می نماید و آنان را به خواست خود از تاریکیها به روشنایی بیرون می آرد وبه راه راست راه می نماید .

 

17* هر آینه کسانی که گفتند: خدا همان مسیح پسر مریم است کافر شدند. بگو: اگر خداوند بخواهد مسیح پسر مریم و مادرش و هر که در زمین است همه را نابود کند چه کسی در برابر خدا توانایی دارد " که خدای را از آن باز دارد "؟ و خدای راست پادشاهی آسمانها و زمین و آنچه میان آنهاست، هر چه بخواهد می آفریند و خدا بر هر چیزی تواناست.

14- et de ceux qui disent: ‹Nous sommes chrétiens›, nous avons pris leur engagement. mais ils ont oublié une partie de ce qui leur a été rappelé. nous avons donc suscité entre eux l'inimitié et la haine jusqu'au Jour de la Résurrection. et Allah les informera de ce qu'ils faisaient.

15- gens du Livre! Notre Messager (Muhammad) vous est certes venu, vous exposant beaucoup de ce que vous cachiez du Livre, et passant sur bien d'autres choses! une lumière et un Livre explicite vous sont certes venus d'Allah !

16- par ceci (le Coran), Allah guide aux chemins du salut ceux qui cherchent son agrément. et il les fait sortir des ténèbres à la lumière par Sa grâce. et il les guide vers un chemin droit.

17- certes sont mécréants ceux qui disent: ‹Allah, C'est le Messie, fils de Marie!› - Dis: ‹Qui donc détient quelque chose d'Allah (pour L'empêcher), s'il voulait faire périr le Messie, fils de Marie, Ainsi que Sa mère et tous ceux qui sont sur la terre?... a Allah seul appartient la royauté des cieux et de la terre et de ce qui se trouve entre les deux›. il crée ce qu'il veut. et Allah est Omnipotent.

آيات 10 تا 13 سوره مباركه مائده

گلبرگ صد و نهم

 

وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا أُولَئِكَ أَصْحَابُ الْجَحِيمِ (١٠)

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اذْكُرُوا نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ هَمَّ قَوْمٌ أَنْ يَبْسُطُوا إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ فَكَفَّ أَيْدِيَهُمْ عَنْكُمْ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ (١١)

وَلَقَدْ أَخَذَ اللَّهُ مِيثَاقَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَبَعَثْنَا مِنْهُمُ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ نَقِيبًا وَقَالَ اللَّهُ إِنِّي مَعَكُمْ لَئِنْ أَقَمْتُمُ الصَّلاةَ وَآتَيْتُمُ الزَّكَاةَ وَآمَنْتُمْ بِرُسُلِي وَعَزَّرْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَقْرَضْتُمُ اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا لأكَفِّرَنَّ عَنْكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَلأدْخِلَنَّكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الأنْهَارُ فَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ مِنْكُمْ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاءَ السَّبِيلِ (١٢)

فَبِمَا نَقْضِهِمْ مِيثَاقَهُمْ لَعَنَّاهُمْ وَجَعَلْنَا قُلُوبَهُمْ قَاسِيَةً يُحَرِّفُونَ الْكَلِمَ عَنْ مَوَاضِعِهِ وَنَسُوا حَظًّا مِمَّا ذُكِّرُوا بِهِ وَلا تَزَالُ تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى خَائِنَةٍ مِنْهُمْ إِلا قَلِيلا مِنْهُمْ فَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَاصْفَحْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ (١٣)

10. they who disbelieve and deny Our Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) are those who will be the dwellers of the Hell­fire.

11. O You who believe! Remember the Favour of Allâh unto You when some people desired (made a plan) to stretch out their hands against you, but (Allâh) withheld their hands from you. so fear Allâh. and In Allâh let believers put their trust.

12. indeed Allâh took the Covenant from the Children of Israel (Jews), and we appointed twelve leaders among them. and Allâh said: "I am with You if You perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât) and give Zakât and believe In My Messengers; honour and assist them, and lend to Allâh a good loan. Verily, I will remit Your sins and admit You to Gardens under which rivers flow (in Paradise). but if any of You after this, disbelieved, He has indeed gone astray from the Straight Path."

13. so because of their breach of their covenant, we cursed them, and made their hearts grow hard. they change the Words from their (Right) places and have abandoned a good part of the message that was sent to them. and You will not cease to discover deceit In them, except a few of them. but forgive them, and overlook (their misdeeds). Verily, Allâh loves Al­Muhsinûn (good­doers - see V.2:112).

 

10*و آنان كه كفر ورزيده و آيات ما را تكذيب نمودند، همانا اهل دوزخند.

 

11* اي كساني كه ايمان آورده ايد! نعمت خداوند را بر خودتان ياد كنيد، آنگاه كه جمعي از دشمنان قصد داشتند به سوي شما دست تعدي دراز كنند.

 

12* و به تحقيق خداوند از بني اسرائيل پيمان گرفت و از ميان آنان دوازده سرپرست براي دوازده طايفه برانگيختيم و خداوند به آنان فرمود: من با شمايم، اگر نماز به پا داريد و زكات بپردازيد و به پيامبرانم ايمان آورده و ياري شان كنيد و به خداوند وامي نيكو دهيد، قطعاً گناهانتان را مي پوشانم و شما را به باغ هايي وارد مي كنم كه نهرها زير درختان آن جاري است. پس از اين، هر كس از شما كافر شود، به راستي از راه راست منحرف گشته است.

 

13* پس بني اسرائيل را به خاطر شكستن پيمانشان لعنت كرديم و از رحمت خويش دور ساختيم و دل هايشان را سخت گردانديم. آنان كلمات الهي را از جايگاه هاي خود تحريف مي كنند و بخشي از آنچه را به آنان تذكر داده شده بود فراموش كردند و تو همواره بر خيانتي از آنان آگاه مي شوي (هر روز توطئه و خيانتي تازه دارند) مگر اندكي از ايشان كه سنگ دل و تحريف گر و خائن نيستند. پس از آنان درگذر و از لغزش هايشان چشم بپوش. همانا خداوند نيكوكاران را دوست مي دارد.

 

10. quant à ceux qui ne croient pas et traitent de mensonge nos preuves, Ceux-là sont des gens de l'Enfer.

11. les croyants! rappelez-vous le bienfait d'Allah à votre égard, le Jour où un groupe d'ennemis s'apprêtait à porter la main sur vous (en vue de vous attaquer) et qu'il repoussa leur tentative. et craignez Allah. C'est en Allah que les croyants doivent mettre leur confiance.

12. et Allah certes prit l'engagement des enfants d'Israël. nous nommâmes douze chefs d'entre eux. et Allah dit: ‹Je suis avec vous, pourvu que vous accomplissiez la Salat, acquittiez la Zakat, croyiez en Mes messagers, les aidiez et fassiez à Allah un bon prêt. Alors, Certes, J'effacerai vos méfaits, et vous ferai entrer aux jardins sous lesquels coulent les ruisseaux. et quiconque Parmi vous, après cela, mécroît, s'égare certes du droit chemin› !

13. et puis, à cause de leur violation de l'engagement, nous les avons maudits et endurci leurs coeurs: ils détournent les paroles de leur sens et oublient une partie de ce qui leur a été rappelé. Tu ne cesseras de découvrir leur trahison, sauf d'un petit nombre d'entre eux. Pardonne-leur donc et oublie [leurs fautes]. car Allah aime, Certes, les bienfaisants.
